Rebecca Wevers
Practice Manager

Rebecca has worked within the banking and finance industry for her entire career. During the early years Bec worked for a major bank, as a branch and business banking manager, as well as working for a period in Human Resources at Parliament House in Canberra.

Upon returning to Newcastle in 2002, Bec briefly returned to a banking role before undertaking a position as Practice Manager in a financial planning practice, where she remained for seventeen years.

Looking for a new challenge, Bec joined the team at Forsythes Financial Advisors just prior to the merge with Maxim Private Clients in 2021, and shortly after that accepted the position of our Practice Manager.
Thoroughly enjoying the challenge of this new role, Bec has particularly appreciated the opportunity of meeting, assisting, and getting to know our clients.

Bec lives on a small rural property outside of Newcastle and loves spending time with her family and pets. She also enjoys cycling, hiking, jogging and travel.
